On Saturday, the sole son of the reality TV personality was apprehended for offenses including criminal trespassing, assault, defying law enforcement commands, and breaching a court order on three separate counts.
The 21-year-old was taken into custody after police responded to a domestic violence report, per TMZ.

When police arrived on the scene, the responding officer ordered Robert Jr. to get on the ground, which he initially failed to comply with before eventually being taken into custody.

His latest run-in with the police follows his 2022 DUI arrest.
During that incident, police said he was operating a vehicle without a valid license and claimed disobeyed traffic laws.
He ended up pleading guilty to the DUI, which led to the other charges being dropped.
He was later caught in more legal troubles when he allegedly failed to prove that he completed a court-ordered rehab stay.
Mary and her son previously opened up about his substance abuse struggles and mental health on the hit Bravo series.
Mary had a heart-to-heart conversation with her son in a season five episode, in which she begged him to open up to her about his struggles.
In the episode, which aired in November 2024, Robert Jr. confessed that he started taking drugs when he ‘just turned 16.’
‘At first, I was like, I’m just gonna stick to natural stuff. And then, I went to a party, and someone gave me a Xanax. And then I was like, “Oh, I like this,” so I started buying it,’ he recalled about the genesis of his drug and alcohol addiction.
