Initially, Hank hides his newfound interest by coaching for Luke Jr.’s team, putting him at odds with Boomhauer. Yet on certain issues — such as disapproval of abuse, advocating for respect towards women, and his unwavering support for the Dallas Cowboys — his convictions remain steadfast. Nevertheless, being adaptable is valuable, and Hank’s newfound passion for soccer exemplifies his flexible nature.
