BritBox May 2025 Highlights

For fans of British entertainment, BritBox remains the ultimate streaming destination. Here are two standout new releases arriving on the platform this May:

Death Valley: Season 1 (Released May TBA) *BritBox Original

This brand new BritBox Original crime mystery series follows the unlikely crime-busting duo of reclusive retired English actor John Chapel (Timothy Spall) and charming Welsh detective sergeant Janie Mallowan (Gwyneth Keyworth) over the course of six episodes. While they seem to be opposites in every way, their differences and unique skillsets just might make them the perfect self-made policing team… that is, if they can actually get along enough to get the job done.

Make It At Market: Season 3 (Released May 21) *BritBox Original

The reality TV series Make It At Market returns to BritBox later in May for a fresh batch of passionate amateur crafters and creators aspiring to turn their hobbies into successful full-time trades. Maker-in-Chief Dom Chinea returns with the help of some exemplary professional mentors to help the makers turn weaknesses into strengths and dreams into real, financially viable businesses over the course of an eight-week bootcamp in Oxfordshire. See if these budding entrepreneurs have what it takes in Make It At Market: Season 3 this month on BritBox.
