• DJ Chicken has become a trending topic online, for betraying Wizkid’s recently deceased mother, claiming that Wizkid didn’t didn’t give him money.

• DJ Chicken announced Wizkid will soon join his mother in the grave, causing tension with Nigerians, particularly Wizkid FC, who called for his arrest.

Grammy Award-winning musician Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has gone to social media to respond to DJ Chicken’s disdain for his late mother.

DJ Chicken became a big topic online after he berated Wizkid’s mother, who recently passed away, and claimed that Wizkid did not give him money.

DJ Chicken dragged Wizkid further, revealing that he will soon join his mother in the grave.

This did not sit well with Nigerians, particularly Wizkid FC, who demanded for DJ Chicken’s imprisonment.

DJ Chicken apologises to Wizkid and Wizkid FC, stating that it is all about love.

 However, the apology by DJ Chicken was not accepted by Wizkid FC and by extension denied him of his access to his TikTok account.

Wizkid in a now-deleted post has taken to the insta-stories section of his verified Instagram page to react.

The “Essence” crooner disclosed that life is cheap and no one should forget that.

He wrote; “Life is cheap, No forget.”
