The Haim sisters—Este, Danielle and Alana—are back at No. 1 on the albums ranking in the U.K. with their latest full-length Women in Music Pt. III, which debuts in first place.
The title easily nabs the highest rung on the all-genre chart, allowing the trio to own the ranking once again. They first controlled the important tally in 2013 with Days Are Gone, their debut full-length. That set remains their most successful, as it spun off four top 40 hits during its run.
In 2017, the sisters returned with their sophomore effort Something to Tell You, which stalled just one rung shy of becoming another chart-topper. Now, Women in Music Pt. III has become their third top 10 in addition to being their second leader.
So far, Women in Music Pt. III hasn’t produced any hit singles, which is odd for the three-member band. Their past two albums have both sent at least one track onto the U.K. songs ranking, but so far, the same can’t be said for their latest, at least not yet.
Women in Music Pt. III beats last week’s leader, Bob Dylan’s Rough and Rowdy Ways, by 4,000 equivalent units. That title only falls one rung in its second stay on the albums chart. Haim’s latest is one of three new titles inside the uppermost area this frame in the U.K.
