Jude Bellingham has proudly displayed the prominent scar from his shoulder surgery earlier this summer while relaxing on vacation in Jamaica.
The Real Madrid midfielder and England international underwent surgery in July at London’s Fortius Clinic to fix a persistent shoulder problem that had been troubling him since the latter part of 2023. Throughout a significant portion of the last season, Bellingham managed the pain, often securing his shoulder with a subtle brace under his shirt.
Now on the mend, the 22-year-old has been spotted soaking up the sun in Jamaica, where he posed for photos with fans.
In some of the snapshots, Bellingham donned a tank top that exposed a lengthy scar extending from beneath his armpit to his collarbone, serving as a stark reminder of the surgery’s severity.

Shortly after the procedure, Bellingham shared a post-surgery photo on Instagram along with a heartfelt message of thanks.
“Thank you to Andrew Wallace & Susan Alexander, their team and everyone at Fortius Clinic for the surgery and hospitality,” he expressed gratitude. “To Ivan Ortega and Dr Leyes for their support by traveling. And lastly, my thanks go to everyone else for the kind wishes and messages of support. The recovery journey has begun, see you soon.”
Reports suggest Bellingham will miss around 12 weeks of action, with a return to the pitch expected in October.
Following Real Madrid’s first season without a trophy in four years, both fans and the club are eagerly anticipating the return of their 2023/24 La Liga Player of the Year to orchestrate the midfield once again.
