James Packer has been on a health kick for some time.

The billionaire casino mogul was showing off the results of his weight loss as he enjoyed an afternoon stroll in the picturesque neighborhood of Beverly Hills.

The 56-year-old was accompanied by friends and appeared relaxed while taking the healthy walk on Friday.

He dressed casually for the outing in a loose blue T-shirt and navy slacks along with sneakers.

The businessman partially concealed his famous face behind a pair of sunglasses and wore his hair closely cropped.

James was recently seen wearing an Oura ring – which tracks sleep, activity, monitors your heart rate, body temperature and overnight blood oxygen level. It also has a Pedometer to track steps.

Packer has lost over 33kg in the past two years and has also ditched the psychiatric medication that for so long altered his mood.

He told The Weekend Australian in June 2022 he was ready to start the ‘third act’ of his life, including a planned return to his home city of Sydney.

‘I’m roughly 130kg now and want to be back to 100kg by the end of 2022’ he said from his home in Mexico.

‘I want to swim with my kids at Bondi when we’re all in Sydney together next year and be 100kg’.

James revealed he’d quit the antidepressants and antipsychotic drugs, and was now looking to ‘rehabilitate’ his reputation in Australia.

In a subsequent interview with The Sydney Morning Herald, James said he had lost a total of 33kg and counting by quitting alcohol, following a strict diet and exercise regimen and limiting his daily calorie intake.
