On Tuesday, Emily Atack captivated her Instagram followers by revealing her striking body transformation through a Q&A video.
The 36-year-old actress recently faced speculation about her potential use of weight-loss injections after unveiling a noticeably slimmer figure over the festive season.
Emily showcased her newly svelte silhouette in a chic, plunging maxi dress with blue and brown patterns as she filmed a fresh advertisement for Provoke haircare.
Seated comfortably in an armchair, Emily candidly discussed her experiences with parenting, describing herself as “an open book” while fielding a range of questions.
Known for her role in “The Rivals,” Emily welcomed her son, Barney, in June 2024 with her partner, Alistair Garner. She confessed that the most challenging aspect of parenting is enduring the “lack of sleep.”
“The hardest thing is the lack of sleep,” she admitted. “I love sleep so much; if I could, I’d sleep 16 hours a night.”

Elsewhere Emily looked stunning in new holiday snaps from a getaway with her make-up artist friend earlier this month.
Sharing a selection of images from her trip to Cape Town, South Africa, Emily posed for a mirror selfie wearing a black dress with a printed scarf wrapped around her shoulders.
She wore her blonde hair swept back into a chic bun, while her make-up was perfectly applied and enhanced her pretty features.
She was also strolling around in a white mini dress with a pair of stylish Chloe sandals, teamed with a black and white Saint Laurent handbag.
Emily was away with her friend Lydia Barnes, who has previously worked as her makeup artist and stylist, known for creating her signature soft glam looks.
She posted a snap cuddled up to Lydia with her arms wrapped around her, with incredible views as the background.

The Inbetweeners star carried her belongings in a black Gucci handbag and wore a pair of sunglasses.
Emily cheekily stuck her tongue out as she posed for the mirror selfie in her bedroom before heading out and about in Cape Town.
Taking to her Stories hours before, Emily revealed she was jetting to South Africa for ‘a few laughs with Marks & Spencers’ as she posed in business class on the place.
It comes after a carousel of photos that Emily shared sparked an outrageous reaction from her followers.
Her comments section was brimming with messages but many fans rushed to defend the star after some suggested she had turned to weight loss aids.

One fan pointed out in defence of Emily: ‘These comments! Aren’t we over talking about women’s bodies?’
