On Wednesday, Gypsy-Rose Blanchard showcased her remarkable weight-loss journey, two years after her release from the Chillicothe Correctional Center, where she served time for second-degree murder.

The 34-year-old former inmate demonstrated her transformation by stepping on a scale, which displayed her weight as 108.2 pounds. She proudly announced that she shed 35 pounds from her compact 4-foot-11-inch stature without resorting to popular weight-loss drugs like Ozempic.

“I’m not keeping secrets, everyone. My weight loss is due to life changes,” Blanchard, who has a social media following of 1.1 million, shared on Instagram.

She explained, “Since my release two years ago, my lifestyle has shifted significantly—from consuming commissary snacks to enjoying home-cooked meals and exploring new foods.”

The star of “Life After Lock Up” added, “I don’t have a workout routine (though I wish I did), I don’t restrict my diet, and I don’t use GLP-1. I wasn’t intentionally trying to lose weight—my life simply adapted to newfound freedom.”

Blanchard also shared a TikTok video featuring a side-by-side comparison, celebrating her life choices such as finding true love and undergoing rhinoplasty and major dental surgery in 2024, all before the arrival of her first child.

‘I wait all year for this moment,’ Blanchard said via Instastory.

The wig-loving vlogger and her fiancé of two years – Ken Urker – are proud parents of 14-month-old daughter Aurora Raina Urker.

Blanchard surreptitiously rekindled her on/off romance with the 33-year-old bartender in March 2024, which effectively ended her 20-month marriage to ex-husband Ryan Scott Anderson.

‘The plan for us if we have a boy first, we’re going to protect him and protect our children from the outside world because they can’t know about us,’ Blanchard said as her alter ego Demona in 2015.

‘They can’t know about you being a vampire. But we’re going to protect them and keep them educated on what not to say in front of people and make sure that they understand the severity of keeping this secret.

‘And if we have a girl she has to lose her virginity to you because you are the master of the household. So I’m going to have to explain that to her whenever she comes of age where it’s time to explain it. Like, when she’s seven I won’t explain that but around 13 I’ll explain.’

Blanchard wrote on Instagram: 'Okay y'all, I'm not gatekeeping. My weight loss came from life circumstances. After being released two years ago my lifestyle changed a lot ¿ from commissary junk food to home-cooked meals and trying new foods' (pictured last Thursday)
