A woman has shared a “magic” sleep method that she claims helps people fall asleep in just minutes. Dealing with insomnia or trouble falling asleep can be an incredibly taxing and exhausting experience, significantly impacting one’s daily life.

According to the NHS, a few sleepless nights aren’t usually a major issue, but they warn that persistent sleep deprivation can disrupt daily living. Prolonged sleep issues might affect personal relationships, social interactions, and leave individuals feeling perpetually fatigued, overeating, and unable to manage everyday tasks efficiently.

Many individuals turn to social media for advice and solutions. When one woman shared her sleep technique online, it resonated with millions of users on TikTok.

In her video, which has garnered over 8.1 million views, content creator Olivia Hedlund showcases a method she learned from Dr. Joe Dispenza, a renowned author, researcher, lecturer, and corporate consultant.

Dr. Dispenza is well-known for his pineal gland meditation, which involves specific techniques aimed at promoting relaxation and improving sleep quality.

In her footage, Olivia lies in bed and speaks directly to the camera, with text overlaying the screen that reads, “sleep hack that works like magic.” She explains, “If you struggle to fall asleep quickly, I have a hack that will transform your life. I shared it with two friends, and they reported falling asleep almost instantly.”

“It’s a certain breathing technique that I learned from Joe Dispenza and then I tried it before I went to bed and it works so well. It’s basically taking five deep breaths but these breaths are very specifically done.”

Olivia recommended viewers search for Dispenza’s pineal gland meditation online before elaborating: “You basically take a super slow inhale through your nose and you start clenching your body.

“You flex your abs and your stomach all the way up to your chest and you literally feel the breath go up your spine until I imagine it in the middle of my head.

“Then you hold it there for as long as you can and then you let it go, and you do that five times… do that five times, you’ll fall asleep immediately.”

Viewers responded enthusiastically in the comments. One follower revealed: “I tried it and thought I was doing it wrong then I did it multiple times it helps!!!”

Another expressed optimism: “I’ve been trying to fall asleep for the past 2hrs, this better work,” while a third confirmed: “This worked for me actually.”

Someone shared: “Pineal gland meditation is my FAVE,” while another added: “It works. I didn’t sleep for 20 years. Then I watched Dr Joe Dispenza for about three weeks four or five years ago and now I sleep easily every night.”
