Katy Perry has revealed was she ate in Australia while she was Down Under to perform at the AFL Grand Final.

In an Instagram video, the American pop star, 39, revealed she consumed several eggs.

Standing in front of a table full of breakfast items, Katy explained: ‘I eat a lot of hard boiled eggs because they are a great source of protein.’

The Hot N Cold singer then cheekily added she had devised her own time-saving method for cracking the eggs.

‘I don’t crack them on [the plate], I go like this [cracks on forehead]. Ouch, that one really hurt and it had some juice in it,’ Katy joked.

She was also seen eating another hard-boiled egg while getting her hair and makeup done.

Recently, there have been claims suggesting that Katy might be using Ozempic or similar weight loss drugs, following the revelation of her wonderfully toned physique on the cover of her new album, 143.

With the release of her album’s cover art, people on social media started speculating that she might be using medication to aid her latest weight loss achievement.

The artist, who has mentioned her efforts to fit in exercise sessions three to four times a week to maintain her body, has been accused of relying on a weight-loss drug to attain her current shape.
