Taking to Instagram to answer a Q&A with fans, the entrepreneur also detailed how her breast reduction and lift has helped her ‘workout properly’.

The Apprentice star, who last year shared her weight loss transformation, said: ‘I get up at 4.15am normally and workout at 5am with my PT. I am done by 6am then my day starts.

‘If I didn’t do that then I wouldn’t workout. Then I sort the kids, do some work, ride my horses etc.

‘Don’t see how it’s not achievable for everyone, just prioritise yourself and exercise. I do go to bed early normally though. Today I’m just up late because I’ve been out.’

When asked if her breast lift and reduction has allowed her to work out better, she said: ‘Yes!! I think that’s why I’m now so fit.

‘Because since I had the op I can actually work out properly now. I can run, jump etc and really go for it in workouts.’

Admitting she usually walks about 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day, the reality star went on to share a snap of her Apple Watch showing she had walked almost 26,000 steps.

Luisa revealed that she followed a ‘moderate calorie deficit & high protein diet’ to achieve her amazing results as well as attending gym sessions.

She said: ‘I feel amazing! So fit, healthy and strong. I’ve never been fitter in my life! I love the definition in my arms & abs and there is no better feeling than that rush after 5am workout with Ted [her personal trainer].

She captioned her snaps: 'Pink on pink on pink. Ps how good is my insta husband.'

‘I have so much energy now too. Ted is amazing and I couldn’t have gotten here without him’ she added of personal trainer Ted Boswell.

He said: ‘This is Luisa. Luisa has lost 8kg ( 18lbs ) in the last 5 months, whilst still living life how she wants! Celebrating her birthday in style, partying, socialising, entertaining, running a huge podcast… the list goes on.

‘How did we do it?? 1. Adhering to a moderate calorie deficit & high protein diet. 2. 2-4 Face to face PT Sessions each week. 3. A Manageable step count daily.’
