MAFS star Josh White looked almost unrecognisable on Saturday as he debuted his impressive post-show weight loss while helping his co-stars move house.

The advertising client director, 40, flexed his muscles as he assisted Tahnee Cook and Ollie Skelton with moving into their new home in Sydney. 

The lovebirds, who have been living at Tahnee’s Bondi pad for the last week, are understood to be moving into a bigger home after Ollie relocated from Perth. 

Single dad Josh displayed his muscly arms in a black singlet and shorts as he offered his friends a helping hand on moving day.

Ironically, he now looks well on his way to becoming the Thor-like man mountain his demanding ex-‘wife’ Melissa Sheppard would approve of.

He was seen working up a sweat while helping to move furniture and bags out of Tahnee’s beachside unit and into a white van. 

Josh appeared to be doing most of the heavy lifting on the day, while Ollie and Tahnee helped load the trolley.

PR manager Tahnee, 27, looked chic in a pink singlet top and denim shorts, while Ollie opted for a black Stax T-shirt, grey shorts and backwards-facing cap.

The sighting comes as Josh pleads with viewers to stop attacking his ex Melissa following their exit from the show on Sunday. 

MAFS fans have been flooding the hairdresser, 41, with hurtful messages after she emasculated Josh during the commitment ceremony because he didn’t want to constantly have sex with her.

Speaking to Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa on Monday morning, Josh urged the public to ‘maybe just stop attacking her and bullying her online’.

‘I don’t enjoy reading any of those comments,’ he continued.

‘It doesn’t raise me up or make me feel good in myself in any way. So yeah, that’s probably I’d say that more for the public than Melissa.’

Josh also told radio hosts Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald and Michal ‘Wippa’ Wipfli he woke up to a text from Melissa the morning after filming Sunday’s commitment ceremony.

‘We had a brief conversation. We didn’t then talk until a bit later on,’ he said, adding that the pair hadn’t spoken since.

The trio was seen doing several runs back and fourth to the white van 

Once the car was fully loaded, Ollie sat down and scrolled through his iPhone 

Elsewhere in the interview, Josh admitted the only time Melissa apologised to him for her behaviour was on camera in front of the relationship experts.

‘I’ve got to take it at face value. I hope there’s a bit of a reflection, you know, [about] the way she behaved and the way she treated me and the things she said – and that’s probably only a question that she could answer fairly,’ he said.

‘No, I haven’t heard from Mel today. We all have their own life and I’m sure she is doing things and that’s up to her to decide.’
