A star from the UK version of “Married At First Sight” has left her fans amazed by sharing striking before-and-after images that highlight her impressive weight loss of over eight stone.
The participant from the 2023 season of the E4 reality show turned to Instagram to reveal her remarkable achievement of shedding 50 kilograms, equivalent to eight stone.
Adrienne Naylor, aged 27, posted the transformation photos alongside a Q&A session, inviting her followers to engage and seek advice on their own weight-loss endeavors.
In her Instagram post, Adrienne displayed side-by-side photos capturing her transformation, responding to a follower who inquired about her initial steps to embark on this journey. The follower expressed feelings of being overwhelmed while planning to start in 2026.
The left image showed Adrienne at a fancy dress party in a white toga-style outfit, while a more recent photo on the right featured her beaming in a summery skirt and top.
She elaborated on her weight loss strategy in detail, explaining how she set ‘mini goals,’ monitored her calorie intake, and established specific targets to guide her progress.

Adrienne Naylor, 27, showcased the photos while giving her fans an opportunity to ask questions in a Q&A session to encourage others on their weight-loss journey
‘How I started my 50kg weight loss journey,’ Adrienne began. ‘Setting mini goals will help the end goal feel more achievable – when I first started I laughed at my end goal of 85kg, (I was 117kg) but now I’m 50kg down.
‘I hate to break it to you, but calorie counting works. It can be overwhelming knowing how to start but there’s loads of FREE tools out there.
‘Set yourself a daily step target and stick to it. If it makes it more achievable look at your steps as a weekly target and not daily if you have a busy schedule.
‘This is a big one: look around you, are you happy on your environment? Are the people around you a good impact? Can you improve your environment?
‘Create a plan and follow it. Consistency always wins! Yes, it can seem boring but it works. Plan out your week, workouts, food, social events.’
Adrienne then encouraged her following to sign up for her one-on-one coaching in 2026, saying she would offer up ‘free calls’ for those who needed it.
Adrienne appeared on Married At First Sight UK in 2023, and was married to Matt Pilmoor, but the pair went their separate ways after the show.
Since appearing on TV, Adrienne has been open about her struggles with her body image, admitting in 2024 that she had been battling with endless negativity online.

The star has showcased her weight loss on her Instagram
Hitting back against social media trolls, she penned: ‘Matter of fact is, I’ve not always looked or been this way. Body imagine and weight has been something I’ve always struggled with and I was that girl who used to look at people in the gym and think I could NEVER.
‘This journey has been difficult and one which I’ve dedicated my life to as it has been a lifestyle change and not an overnight fix.
‘Along the way I’ve also had comments like, “Don’t take it too far, you’re obsessed with the gym, should you be eating that”. Almost being criticised for the natural journey I’ve taken.
‘Comments like this have come with pressure, as the past year I’ve gained a stone due to having a whirlwind of a life. Which is absolutely OK!
‘But now I’ve had comments such as “ohh you’ve put a bit of weight back on, god she’s massive now”.
‘From a girl who’s always struggled with her weight, I’ve been bullied, been in whats app groups, been rejected, been mocked, been low because of how I think other people look at me.’
It comes after Married At First Sight UK fans were left fuming at bride Sarah for ‘leading’ her groom Dean on after the pair went on a string of dates since quitting the show last year.
She caused a stir throughout the show for claiming he ‘wasn’t her type’ and making suggestions about his body type, which led to her decision to leave the series.
The reality TV contestant, who took part in the 2023 series of the E4 show, took to Instagram to showcase her incredible 50kg (eight stone) weight loss
The pair then ended up leaving the experiment after Sarah failed to find a connection with her partner. But since leaving the E4 series, the pair have been spotted enjoying dates in Scotland together.
Meanwhile during the reunion, Sarah told Rebecca and Bailey: ‘Me and Dean have been in regular touch.
‘He came up to Aberdeen and we went to the darts and played golf with my dad. We had a great weekend, it was really really good.
‘We had quite a few drinks and he did say to me that “I’ve still got feelings for you”.
‘I was a bit like, “it’s purely friend vibe” I’ve never intended on [leading him on], this weekend was just got friends. When there’s feelings on the line I’ll take a little step back.’
The experts claimed that the dates had ‘muddied the waters’ between romance and friendship for the pair – and when Dean arrived at the reunion, he shared how his feelings for Sarah were still there.
He said: ‘Seeing Sarah again, I have got little butterflies, I can feel what I was feeling before,’ and revealed in a bid to get her approval, he even got inked as she claimed she liked a tattooed man.
In response to Dean’s latest move, fans were left fuming on X, formerly Twitter, with one writing: ‘DEAN IS DOING TOO MUCH it’s lowkey harassment now!! She doesn’t fancy you!!!! #MAFSUK.’
Another shared: ‘Dean please. You’re so nice but please, LET IT GO. #MAFSUK.’
