TikTok star Mikaela Testa was thrust into the global spotlight after going public with American star boxer Ryan Garcia last week. 

And shock photos have now resurfaced of the adult model, 25, looking very different before undergoing an extreme cosmetic surgery makeover and dramatic weight loss. 

Mikaela, who is one of Australia’s highest-paid influencers, has a more prominent nose in throwback images, while her jawline appears to have been reduced to create a more angular profile.

Her lips and cheekbones also appear to have changed shape in recent years.

The Gold Coast beauty has also previously admitted to undergoing lip filler injections and a Botox brow lift to her face. 

As for her figure, the brunette’s bust and derrière have both expanded recently, while her waist has dramatically shrunk to enhance her hourglass silhouette.  

Mikaela previously came clean about her various cosmetic surgeries in 2022, admitting that she had undergone a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), which involves liposuctioning fat from one part of the body and transferring it to another. 

At the time, she reposted a link to a video of Coast surgeon Dr Mitchell Kim explaining the various procedures he had performed on her. 

‘Vaser lipo to her midsection and arms, and a fat transfer to her hip dips to create this jaw-dropping silhouette,’ Dr Kim said.

Vaser liposuction uses ultrasound technology to break apart fat cells and loosens them from deeper tissues.

In August, Mikaela revealed why she had chosen to undergo a BBL, which is one of the most dangerous plastic surgeries available. 

‘I was in a long term relationship and became insecure when my twig roach boyfriend would like share and repost all of these Instagram models with these giant fake butts,’ she wrote on Instagram. 

‘Suggestive comments would get thrown around to me and I decided to get surgery because I didn’t see any other way out of my depression…and insecurities with not feeling like I was enough for him.’

The OnlyFans creator also revealed that her body fat percentage was initially too low to undergo the procedure.

‘I got declined TWICE because I didn’t make the percentage and weigh-ins,’ she explained. 

It comes after Mikaela went Instagram official with American boxer Ryan Garcia less than two months after he announced his divorce from model wife Andrea Celina.

Posting to Instagram, Ryan announced that Mikaela was his ‘boo’ and that he was planning to train her for a Misfits Boxing bout.

‘Look this is my baby, MY QUEEN BELIEVE THAT! Stop judging her is she perfect no. But are you? THOUGHT SO. I love her so stop hating,’ he wrote.

‘BTW, I’m training her to fight and I’m willing to put her against whoever on @misfitsboxing and if you feel you can take her tag your self In it and I’ll set up a fight and you’ll walk away with a bag. No less than $500,000 and percentage of PPV if it makes sense. @mikkimouse404’.

He had also posted on his Instagram Stories: ‘On a semi serious note I have a new Girlfriend. Not super serious at this time but she my boo. Ima teach her how to fight! She’s the next one up @misfitsboxing.’
