William is now King! Harry and Meghan must be quaking

William’s rise to the throne is essentially a done deal; the actual coronation will merely formalize what is already his. At this point, it’s clear that the reins of the monarchy are firmly in his grasp.

Prince Andrew, once shielded by the late Queen despite his tarnished reputation and financial entanglements, now finds himself ousted—allegedly at the behest of his nephew, Prince William. Alongside him, his former wife, Sarah Ferguson, has also been removed from her position, reportedly losing her title in the process.

According to an exclusive report by the Daily Mail, Ferguson, often known as Fergie, is in a state of distress, pleading with Andrew to take some action.

Unfortunately, Andrew is powerless to change the situation.

It seems King Charles, despite his aversion to conflict, has allowed Prince William to take decisive actions that he himself has been either unable or unwilling to undertake.

Last week, a so-called family “summit” took place at the Royal Lodge in Windsor, where Andrew and Fergie have resided rent-free for 17 years until the recent eviction orders. Interestingly, only one of the couple’s two daughters was present at this meeting, according to sources close to Andrew.

Princess Eugenie, who remains a good friend to Harry and Meghan, was absent.

The timing is hardly coincidental: Weeks after Andrew forced William into a clearly unwanted conversation at the Duchess of Kent’s funeral — as if to tell the world that he remained in good standing with the future king — and days before Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre’s memoir was posthumously published, William moved swiftly and decisively.

‘The Royal Lodge “summit” wasn’t a happy occasion and the family, once a strong unit, is fractured,’ a royal insider told the Daily Mail.

On Tuesday, we learned of more reported threats made by William to his defiant uncle, who was refusing to vacate the Royal Lodge and delusionally believed he was in a negotiation, rather than under orders.

William, it is said, threatened Andrew and Fergie’s daughters, his own cousins Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, with removal of their titles should Andrew not comply.

This comes from none other than the BBC’s Emily Maitlis, who conducted the forensic TV interview with Andrew that led to his downfall.

‘There was a question over whether there had been […] a meeting between Prince William and the princesses, Beatrice and Eugenie, saying: You guys have got to get your dad to move out of Royal Lodge, otherwise we will start re-examining the state of your own titles,’ Maitlis said.

Note the detail: William summoned his cousins. He spoke to them face-to-face. He did not leave it to a functionary, or send his message by letter.

He made it personal, and showed he has the courage to do the necessary thing.

Now this is a future king.

Emerging on the world stage is a fully directional William, already leading the Royal Family, intent on preserving the realm.

Charles, it seems, has all but handed over the crown. He would prefer, as is his constitution, not to be embroiled in these messes, even as they pose existential threats to the future of the monarchy.

William clearly has no such squeamishness.

Are Harry and Meghan paying attention?

Again, William began making power moves after Meghan posted a video to Instagram of her chauffeured limo driving near the tunnel where Princess Diana died, Meghan’s own feet up in repose, just two weeks ago.

Diana was William’s mother too — something Harry and Meghan, in their ghoulish attempts to annex her memory, seem to blithely ignore.

Perhaps this accounts for Harry’s rage and his sad, beta-male energy. He sulks around Montecito and New York, posture bent, bald spot expanding, the very embodiment of defeat as his dead-eyed wife flashes her ‘Duchess’ title at every opportunity while shilling wine and jam.

Shades of Sarah Ferguson, who walked so Meghan could run.

Remember, it was Fergie who ornately disgraced the very notion of royal dignity.

She sat for a tell-all with Oprah and told the world she had been ‘in the gutter,’ drinking too much, taking dirty money — then signed to do a reality show with Oprah called ‘Finding Sarah.’

It seems there was no higher Sarah to find.

The woman photographed in 1992 getting her toes sucked, by a man not her husband, was proved not to have had a momentary lapse of judgement but to be a walking lapse of judgement.

The then-duchess (oh, the glory of that moniker!) went on to sign an inelegant deal as a Weight Watchers spokeswoman, sold out access to Andrew with shady businessmen, consorted with Epstein and happily introduced her daughters to him while taking his money, and went on to shill kitchen appliances and hair products on QVC.

Now, do we really need to wonder what William will do to the Sussexes? How will he exact justice for the cruelties they’ve committed against the late Queen and Prince Philip, Charles and Kate?

Just look at him. William walks tall, shoulders back, armored in royal blue suits cut to enhance his trim physique, his new beard a nod to the unsparing medieval kings of his ancestry.

He does not suffer fools, and a weary public is grateful for it.

It was Diana who predicted William had the makings of a great king.

In her infamous 1995 BBC Panorama interview, she sparked outrage by saying Charles wasn’t up to ‘the top job,’ as she called it, but that William was.

‘I don’t think Charles can do it,’ Diana said.

At the time, Diana was written off as a scorned woman exacting her revenge. But time may have proven her right.

Charles keeps cover as Andrew is forced out. Charles also held that summit with Harry in September — apparently against William’s stated wishes — only for Harry to do what he does best: spoil everything by publicly griping within days.

By excising Andrew and Fergie, William has cut Harry and Meghan off at the root.

Whether they know it or not doesn’t matter. We do.

It’s the House of Wales now, and not a moment too soon.
