A woman has revealed how she lost seven stone in ten months without the help of weight-loss drug Mounjaro.

British mother Lucy took to her TikTok @lucy52915 to showcase her impressive weight loss journey – and share her three top tips for shedding the pounds.

The clip, which racked up over 840,000 views, left many of her followers totally stunned with her transformation.

Taking to the comments to answer some questions, Lucy revealed that she started her fitness journey on September 1, 2024.

Lucy attributes her weight loss to three healthy habits, which are eating in a calorie deficit, walking 10,000 steps a day and weight lifting.

She revealed that she makes sure to consume 180g of protein every day, as well as 27g to 30g of fibre.

When it comes to walking, the fitness fanatic stressed the importance of doing 10,000 steps every single day.

Meanwhile, she revealed she works out four times a week, doing ‘two glute-focused sessions, one full body and one upper body’ gym session.

She also credited ‘consistency’ for her slimmer frame and ‘progressive overload’ which is a training principle where you gradually increase the demands on your body during exercise to stimulate continued improvement in strength, muscle growth, and endurance.

Less than a year since she started her health and fitness journey, Lucy has now reached her goal weight and claimed she doesn’t want to lose any more.

Many flooded the comments to praise Lucy on her transformation, while others eagerly asked for tips on how to kick-start their own weight loss journeys.

One person wrote: ‘Wow you look amazing!! Have you got any advice as I really struggle with a calorie deficit, can’t explain it but it just makes me eat so unhealthily.

‘But at the same time don’t want to go back to slimming world and pay the expensive fees’ added the individual.

To which Lucy replied: ‘Do the deficit but focus on protein! I eat 180g a day and 27-30g fibre! Then weight training and 10,000 steps a day. Keep going girl.’

Another asked: ‘Can I ask what weight training you did please, you really got it right you look very toned. You look amazing by the way. Well done – this isn’t easy to do.’

To which Lucy replied: ‘Four times a week. Two glutes focused sessions and one full body and one upper.’
