Andy Cohen has now admitted to another cosmetic procedure after his refreshed New Year's Eve appearance sparked plastic surgery rumors. The 58-year-old Bravolebrity prompted speculation he may have had a little work done after hosting CNN's New Year's Eve special with Anderson Cooper. He has since confessed to getting Botox- but on Monday copped to also getting a fresh set of teeth. The Watch What Happens Live host - who was thrilled to learn the rumor mill had been buzzing over his more youthful complexion - admitted to getting 'four minor veneers' as he addressed the plastic surgery speculation on the latest episode of his SiriusXM show, Andy Cohen Live.

Andy Cohen has recently come clean about undergoing additional cosmetic enhancements following speculation about his appearance during a New Year’s Eve broadcast. The 58-year-old television personality, who co-hosted the CNN New Year’s Eve special alongside Anderson Cooper, sparked chatter about potential plastic surgery. Cohen has now revealed that, aside from Botox, he also had some dental work done, specifically getting new veneers. Discussing the rumors on his SiriusXM show, Andy Cohen Live, he shared his amusement over the buzz about his rejuvenated look.

Cohen Confesses to Botox and Veneers

'By the way, I got the teeniest bit of Botox,' he said. 'I got four minor veneers in front. I mean, they're pretty minor.' His makeup, on the other hand, was not as well-received. 'Anderson's makeup gal comes in and she’s like, "Are you okay?" I’m like... "You know, warm me up a little bit. Give me some more tanner." Well, I mean, there were a lot of comments... "Wow. This is a beaten-down lady,' he said. 'I think this is because you were standing next to Anderson who could have used some bronzer,' his co-host John Hill said. 'I think I was so made up,' Cohen said.

“I did get a tiny bit of Botox,” Cohen admitted. “And I got four minor veneers in front. Honestly, they’re quite small.” However, his choice of makeup didn’t receive the same positive feedback. “Anderson’s makeup artist asked if I was okay, and I just said, ‘Maybe add a bit more warmth, a little more tanner,'” Cohen explained. He mentioned receiving comments about his appearance, which he found amusing. His co-host, John Hill, chimed in, suggesting that Anderson could benefit from some bronzer, leading Cohen to agree that he might have been overly made up.

Hill, however, praised his makeup and overall appearance, delighting Cohen - yet they both agreed his co-host could have been more tan. 'I thought that Anderson should have been bronzed,' his co-host John said. 'He is so pale. I mean, my God,' Andy said of Anderson. Overall, Cohen was 'flattered' to learn about the buzz surrounding his appearance following his hosting gig. 'I love the speculation that I have dramatically changed my face!' he said enthusiastically, before adding he had not actually done anything major.

Despite any criticism, Hill complimented Cohen on his makeup and overall look, which pleased Cohen. They both concurred that Anderson Cooper could have used a bit more color. “Anderson really needed a touch of bronzer,” Hill commented. “He’s extremely fair,” Cohen added humorously. Overall, Cohen expressed his delight at the discussions about his appearance, saying he was “flattered” by the attention. “I love the idea that people think I’ve made dramatic changes to my face!” he exclaimed, clarifying that no major procedures had been done.

It's not the first time Cohen has addressed the New Year's Eve plastic surgery buzz. The talk show host previously admitted to doing 'the smallest amount of Botox' and undergoing a 20 pound weight loss when asked about his December 31st appearance. Cohen added that he also 'had a lot of makeup on.' In general, the star underwent a bit of dramatic transformation in 2025, dropping 25 pounds with the help of a weight loss medication. 'I did this summer lose a good chunk of weight by micro-dosing a GLP-1 all summer,' he revealed on Andy Cohen Live! in September.

Cohen Says Medication Helped Curb Cravings

For the media mogul, the medication helped him cut down on snacking. 'I have to say, it really helped me with cravings, which I was having a very hard time with,' he explained. 'I would have a drink, then there's all these cookies. There's craft services,' he said of the food provided for workers on the set Watch What Happens Live. 'It's pasta night. It's pizza night... my cravings for all that stuff dissipated.' Following the New Year's Eve broadcast, Cohen took to social media to share photos and highlights from the event. He wrote in the caption, 'What a wild ride! Thanks to my pal @andersoncooper for having me back, and for having my back always.' The star continued, 'We had a ball and yes I’d venture to say we were a tad overserved (by me)….'
