While shellfish allergies are relatively common, some individuals may experience rapid anaphylaxis—within seconds or minutes of exposure—according to the Mayo Clinic. Milder symptoms can include hives, swelling around the lips or face, stomach issues, and lightheadedness.

So far, the company says there have been no illnesses reported.
Customers are advised to check their freezers for the product and to contact Target Guest Relations at (800) 440-0680.
