Arrests made in Augusta robbery case, one wanted for questioning

AUGUSTA, Ga. () – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office has apprehended the individuals sought for Robbery by Force related to an event at the BP Gas Station on 3011 Washington Road just after midnight on Thursday.

According to police, 28-year-old Donte White and 17-year-old Ashton Wimberly were taken into custody at 12:10 p.m. on Oct. 2.

Police state that White also has active warrants out of Kentucky for Robbery.

Deputies also arrested 24-year-old Dashon Thamus Hunt for Robbery by Force.

An additional person shown in images is wanted for questioning concerning the incident. Authorities indicate that this individual might have the victim’s cell phone, an A1 Galaxy with a black case.
