In a tragic turn of events in Osceola County, Florida, a 29-year-old man has been taken into custody following the discovery of three men shot dead outside a residence in the Indian Hill subdivision near Kissimmee. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reported the incident occurred on Saturday afternoon.

Authorities responded to the scene at 296 Indian Point Circle shortly after noon, at 12:13 p.m., where they found the victims outside the home. Each of the men had suffered gunshot wounds, according to details shared in a news release by the deputies.

Ahmad Jihad Bojeh was swiftly apprehended and is now facing three charges of murder. He is currently being held in the Osceola County jail, as stated in the release. Sheriff Christopher Blackmon assured the public that there is no ongoing threat to the community, emphasizing that the suspect responsible for these “horrific and senseless murders” has been captured.

This arrest follows Bojeh’s previous encounter with law enforcement in 2021. During that incident, he was accused of shooting at an individual and vehicles in the parking lot of a Kissimmee gas station. However, court records indicate that he was acquitted of those charges by reason of insanity.

“There is no threat to the community,as a suspect of these horrific and senseless murders has been caught and arrested by Osceola County deputies”Sheriff Christopher Blackmon said in a statement.

Bojeh was arrested and accused of shooting at a person and random cars in a Kissimmee gas station’s parking lot in 2021, but court records show he was later “acquitted by reason on insanity.”

    The investigation remains active.
