FORT STEWART, Ga. () — Officials are sharing their reactions to the Fort Stewart shooting where five soldiers were shot Wednesday.

“The President has been briefed on the shooting at Fort Stewart in Georgia. The White House is monitoring the situation.”

“As we stay in close communication with law enforcement on-site, Marty, the girls, and I are deeply saddened by today’s tragic events at Ft. Stewart. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families, and all who dedicate themselves to service, and we urge Georgians everywhere to do the same.”
