Woman shot by border agents in Chicago out of hospital, in FBI custody

Federal authorities have revealed an alarming plot by criminal cartels offering $10,000 rewards to individuals willing to shoot at U.S. Border Patrol agents along the southern border. This information was disclosed in an internal communication.

Journalist Ali Bradley obtained this alert on Friday, which indicates that the Border Patrol’s Rio Grande Valley Sector has been informed of a potential “coordinated attack.” The alert suggests that cartels may be incentivizing shooters with these substantial payments to target Border Patrol agents.

The communication further warns that attackers might disguise themselves in Mexican military uniforms to avoid detection, potentially carrying long arms or machine guns. Although the threat specifically targets the Rio Grande Valley Sector, it signifies broader cartel frustrations that could impact various points along the southwest border.
