In a concerted effort to tackle a growing issue that is plaguing educational institutions nationwide, the Apollo Conference, which includes high schools from Mattoon, Effingham, Charleston, Mt. Zion, Taylorville, and Mahomet-Seymour, has taken a firm stance against vaping.
