The Crumley House Brain Injury and Rehabilitation Center in Limestone, Tennessee, pulled off a successful fundraising event on Saturday with its “Keys for a Cause” initiative aimed at aiding individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries.
The Blackthorn Club buzzed with excitement as attendees indulged in an evening filled with lively dueling pianos, energetic dancing, and enticing silent auctions—all in support of the Crumley House’s mission.
Guynn Edwards, the Executive Director, revealed that the team had dedicated nearly a year to meticulously planning this innovative fundraiser. “Our goal tonight is to generate funds for our brain injury rehab facility,” Edwards shared. “We’re here to have a great time, making this a grand celebration, and we’re thrilled to be part of this event.”
Recognizing the vital role of community support, Edwards expressed heartfelt gratitude. “Our community is incredibly important to us,” he said, emphasizing the significance of local involvement in their fundraising efforts.
Edwards said the Crumley House considers the community a “big deal” in fundraising.
“The biggest thing is I want to thank our community,” he said.
