AUGUSTA, Ga. – NewsChannel 6’s Brad Means is on the scene at the Georgia-Carolina State Fair, bringing you live updates from Hale Street in Augusta this Thursday, October 23, 2025.
Set at the intersection of 4th and Hale Street, the fair gates welcome visitors from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. tonight, promising an evening of fun and excitement.
Tonight is Coca-Cola Night! Fairgoers can enjoy a discounted entry fee of $7 by bringing an empty can of Sprite, Diet Coke, or Coke Zero. Not only does this offer a reduced price, but the collected cans will be recycled to support the Southeastern Firefighters Burn Foundation, combining entertainment with a good cause.
Regular admission to the fair is priced at $10, while children aged 5 and under can enter free of charge. For thrill-seekers, an unlimited ride pass is available for $30. It’s important to note that anyone under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Additionally, military personnel, both retired and active, can enjoy free admission and parking every day of the fair by presenting their ID.
This year marks the 101st celebration of this beloved event hosted by the Augusta Exchange Club, continuing its rich tradition in the community.
The fair is set to run through October 26th, offering several days of family-friendly entertainment and community spirit.
