A former employee of Lee County Schools, Tiffany Slusher, has been taken into custody following allegations of financial misconduct at a local school, according to the Virginia State Police (VSP). Lee County School Board Chair, Robert Hines, has confirmed to News Channel 11 that Slusher is no longer employed with the school district. The investigation is ongoing as authorities delve into the details surrounding the alleged misappropriation of funds.
