SCAD Savannah Film Festival: opening night

SAVANNAH, Ga. — Each October, the magic of Hollywood descends upon Savannah, famously known as the Hostess City.

The 28th annual SCAD Savannah Film Festival (SSFF) kicked off in style this past Saturday, drawing some of the industry’s brightest stars to its opening night festivities.

Among the luminaries gracing the red carpet were actors Miles Teller and Oscar-winner Da’Vine Joy Randolph, who were there to spotlight their latest film, “Eternity.”

Billed as a “spiritual romantic comedy,” the film explores the intriguing dilemma of a woman who must choose which of her past loves she will spend eternity with. When asked about his own eternal companions, Teller shared with News 3, “I’d choose the dogs I’ve lost over the years and some of my favorite musicians who have passed away.”
