In a significant step towards rehabilitation and reintegration, six individuals have successfully completed Sullivan County’s Felony Recovery Court program as of Tuesday. This milestone follows over a year of dedicated involvement in treatment and sober living initiatives. Sullivan County Criminal Court Judge James Goodwin emphasized to News Channel 11 the program’s mission to equip convicted felons with the necessary resources and skills to lead productive and fulfilling lives post-incarceration.
