GBI arrests man in Emanuel County in child molestation investigation

TWIN CITY, Ga. () – A 41-year-old man from Twin City has been arrested by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) on charges related to a child molestation inquiry.

Eddie Olajwon Badie faces charges including Aggravated Sodomy, Solicitation of Sodomy, Child Molestation, and Aggravated Sexual Battery.

The GBI reported that on July 25, 2025, the Twin City Police Department sought their help, and GBI investigators subsequently took over the case on August 12.

As a result of the investigation, Badie was arrested and booked into the Emanuel County Jail.
