CARROLL COUNTY, Ga. () – On the morning of February 20th, 2025, Carroll County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 1531 Tyus Carrollton Road in Carrollton, Georgia, where they found the bodies of James Brock, 45, and Kristin Brock, 41, both evidently killed by gunshot wounds.

In a Facebook Post, officials stated that from the moment the 911 call was made, an exhaustive investigation was launched. This investigation spanned months, demanded thousands of hours, and involved significant collaboration between local and federal law enforcement agencies.

On Wednesday, it was announced that an arrest was made in this case. Sarah Grace Patrick, the 17-year-old daughter of Kristin Brock, was apprehended and charged with two counts of Murder and two counts of Aggravated Assault related to the deaths of her mother and stepfather.
