() “Epstein-gate” is changing by the day.

On Wednesday, the United States House Oversight Committee voted to subpoena Jeffrey Epstein’s convicted accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell. On Thursday, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche with the Department of Justice interviewed her. Now, her brother is saying records exist that could have changed her guilty verdict.

“She will be putting before that court material new evidence that was not available to the defense at her 2021 trial, which would have had a significant impact on its outcome,” he told The New York Post.

Maxwell is expected to meet with Blanche again.

“Today, I met with Ghislaine Maxwell, and I will continue my interview of her tomorrow. The Department of Justice will share additional information about what we learned at the appropriate time,” Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche with the DOJ wrote on X on Thursday.

The meeting between Maxwell and the feds comes as the Trump administration faces continued backlash and questions over its recent refusal to release more records in the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.

Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence for her role in helping the disgraced financier sexually abuse underage girls. She is appealing her sentence.

Her attorney, David Oscar Markus, was asked Thursday about the possibility of a reduced sentence or a pardon. He said she’s just answering questions for now.

“[Blanche] took a full day and asked a lot of questions,” Markus said. “Miss Maxwell answered every single question. She never stopped. She never invoked a privilege. She never declined to answer. She answered all the questions truthfully, honestly and to the best of her ability,” Markus told reporters outside a federal courthouse in Tallahassee, Florida, Thursday afternoon.
