GREENEVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) — A man from Greeneville faces several statutory rape charges stemming from different incidents, according to local police. Arrest documents from the Greeneville Police Department (GPD) reveal that Nicholas Jones was apprehended in North Carolina on December 28. He was subsequently transferred to the Greene County Detention Center earlier this week. The GPD reports that a grand jury has been involved in these proceedings.
