GREENEVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) — In Greeneville, authorities apprehended a man over serious allegations involving statutory rape and incest. The Greeneville Police Department’s arrest report details that a grand jury issued a true bill and capias for Edward Christman on Monday. He faces two charges of statutory rape by an authority figure along with two additional counts related to the case.
