GREENEVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) – New key personnel have been revealed to enhance efficiency in development services for both residential and commercial developers.

This freshly established Department of Development Services will take on select duties from the Planning, Building, and Development Department as well as the stormwater administration from Public Works, as stated in a press release from the Town of Greeneville.

The town announced Andy Broyles to the role of development services director.

“Our town is poised for continued growth, and I look forward to helping bridge the gap between planning, development, and the needs of our community to ensure that progress enhances the quality of life for all residents,” Broyles stated in the release.

The town also announced Justin Schooley to the role of planning administrator.

Schooley “looks forward to working in our new Development Services Department and working on future development projects in the Town of Greeneville,” according to the release.

They will collaborate with residential and commercial developers on zoning, stormwater management, and permitting to help local developers more efficiently meet project requirements and deadlines.
