Brights Zoo, located in Limestone, Tennessee, is mourning the loss of its rare spotless giraffe, Kipekee, who captured global attention following her birth. The zoo’s owner, David Bright, shared insights with News Channel 11 on Monday, reflecting on the days following the unexpected death of the young giraffe. Kipekee, who was just two years old, had become a symbol of uniqueness and wonder for visitors and animal enthusiasts alike. Her passing, which was announced last Wednesday, has left a void and prompted a wave of condolences from around the world. Bright expressed his deep sadness over the loss and emphasized the significance of Kipekee’s brief life at the zoo.
