() The House Oversight Committee plans to release the Jeffrey Epstein files that it received from the Justice Department, has learned.

The Oversight Committee will review and redact the documents before they’re made public.

“The committee intends to make the records public after thorough review to ensure all victims’ identification and child sexual abuse material are redacted,” a committee spokesperson said.

“The committee will also consult with the DOJ to ensure any documents released do not negatively impact ongoing criminal cases and investigations.”

The Oversight Committee previously said it expects to begin receiving the records by Friday.

As part of a review of the Epstein sex trafficking investigation, former U.S. Attorney General William Barr came before the Oversight Committee on Monday.

Barr, who served as attorney general during President Donald Trump’s first term, is one of several people subpoenaed for a deposition earlier this month by committee Chair Rep. James Comer, R-Ky. He was the first person to give a deposition.

Epstein’s former lawyer Alan Dershowitz told “CUOMO” this month that “there’s nothing in there incriminating in any way, as far as I know, about Donald Trump.”
