Silver Alert declared as Indiana police search for missing 15-year-old

INDIANAPOLIS A Silver Alert has been declared as Indy police are searching for a missing 15-year-old boy.

The IU Health Department of Public Safety is currently looking into the case of missing 15-year-old Bobby Johnson, who is described as a male standing 5’8″ tall, weighing 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Authorities report that Johnson was last observed at approximately 4:30 a.m. on Thursday in Indianapolis. At the time, he was wearing a green hoodie, matching green sweatpants, and white sneakers. The police have released a photo of Johnson, which can be found below:

The Silver Alert said that Johnson is believed to be in “extreme danger” and that he may require medical assistance.

Anyone who might have details about Johnson’s whereabouts is urged to call 911 or contact the IU Health Dept. of Public Safety at (317) 962-8000 immediately. To provide information anonymously, individuals can reach out to Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at (317) 262-TIPS.
