JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Authorities in Johnson City have announced the arrest of an individual accused of fatally striking a pedestrian with a vehicle on West Market Street before fleeing the scene on Sunday evening. The Johnson City Police Department (JCPD) acknowledged the pivotal role of their Flock Safety cameras in identifying and tracking down the suspect.
