JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — A local man from Johnson City has been arrested on charges of sexual battery by an authority figure following a thorough investigation conducted by the Special Victims Unit of the Johnson City Police Department (JCPD). Authorities have identified the suspect as 39-year-old Tyler Harmon. He is facing two counts of sexual battery by an authority figure along with three additional counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
