On Saturday, the pair was seen strolling hand-in-hand through the streets of Paris. The occasion was Perry’s 41st birthday, which she celebrated by attending a cabaret show at the renowned Crazy Horse Paris with Trudeau, as reported by TMZ.

Meanwhile, in other news, the NBA is reviewing its policies following the arrests of players Rozier and Billups for gambling-related activities.

Perry is currently on her “Lifetimes” tour, with upcoming performances scheduled in Budapest, Hungary; Kraków, Poland; Prague, Czech Republic; and Munich, Germany. Her engagement to Orlando Bloom reportedly ended in June.

Trudeau stepped down from his political role in March and announced his separation from his former wife, Sophie Gregoire, in 2023 after 18 years together.

According to People, a source close to Perry revealed on Sunday that the singer was surprised by her feelings for Trudeau. The source noted, “She didn’t expect to fall for someone so soon,” but added that Trudeau is “charming, has a great sense of humor, and treats her with respect.”

Perry is a longtime supporter of Democratic politicians in the U.S., backing then-Vice President Harris in her 2024 presidential bid. Trudeau, a member of the center-left Liberal Party, had sparred with President Trump over the latter’s tariff policies and references to annexing Canada.
