A federal grand jury has indicted Letitia James, the Democratic Attorney General of New York, on charges of bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution. These charges arrive three years after James filed a lawsuit against Trump, his two eldest sons, and the Trump Organization, accusing them of misleading banks and others regarding the value of their assets.
