The resumption of full SNAP benefit payouts is on the horizon, prompting food pantries to ensure their shelves are well-stocked with essential items. In a concerted effort, the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee has joined forces with 110 local organizations to facilitate the distribution of non-perishable goods to those in need.
