COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A farmer in central Ohio worked for months to plant his marriage proposal to his fiancée and it paid off.

Tim, a farmer for Circle S Farms on London Groveport Road, had the idea to design the farms’ annual corn maze as a proposal to his fiancée, Caroline. After thinking of the idea in April, he planted the seeds in the beginning of June and the finished product sprouted perfectly.

The 13-acre maze says “Will you marry me Caroline?” The two went up into a plane flown by another local farmer and his friend where she saw the proposal message and said yes.

“We can’t wait to share their love story (and this one-of-a-kind maze) with all of you this fall at Circle S Farms,” wrote a spokesperson on the farm’s social media pages.
