OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A new series of arrests have been made as part of the ongoing “Operation Guardian” initiative. This effort has intensified following the apprehension of 120 undocumented immigrants in Western Oklahoma last September.

Governor Kevin Stitt initiated “Operation Guardian” in collaboration with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to address immigration concerns across the state.

The most recent operation took place in Eastern Oklahoma, where Oklahoma Highway Patrol officers focused on stopping commercial motor vehicles as part of their enforcement strategy.
