KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The family of an 18-year-old who tragically lost his life during a SWAT operation in Knox County has initiated a wrongful death lawsuit. The victim, Daevon Montez Saint-Germain, was fatally shot on January 3, 2025, at a residence on Sevierville Pike, as reported by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office. The lawsuit contends that his death was unjust and seeks accountability for the incident.
