New Champaign clinic focuses on disorders impacting nearly 10% of population


CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) — A groundbreaking clinic in Central Illinois is now open and dedicated to assisting individuals struggling with eating disorders.

Last week marked the grand opening of the KC Eating Disorder Clinic in Champaign, which is already providing services with the help of psychologists and dietitians. CEO Kaitlyn Cornell highlighted that this clinic is unique in the state, outside of Chicago, as it is solely devoted to treating eating disorders.
