Richard Allen transferred to Oklahoma prison

INDIANAPOLIS The man convicted of the Delphi murders has been transferred to a prison facility in Oklahoma.

According to the Oklahoma Offender Lookup, Richard Allen was transported to the Lexington Assessment and Reception Center on Thursday.

Lexington Assessment and Reception Center is a maximum-security state prison located in Lexington, Oklahoma.

FOX59/CBS4 is working to determine the reason for Allen’s transfer.

Allen is currently serving 130 years for the February 2017 murders of Abby Williams and Libby German near the Monon High Bridge. He was given 786 days’ credit for time served.

Allens’ legal team filed an appeal in February.
