BRUSSELS – Ursula Von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, experienced a radar interference over Bulgaria allegedly caused by Russian activities, according to a spokesperson on Monday.

The aircraft landed securely at Plovdiv airport, and Von der Leyen plans to continue her scheduled visits to EU countries adjacent to Russia and Belarus, stated spokesperson Arianna Podestà from the commission.
