GREENE COUNTY, Tenn. — Mark your calendars for December 18 when the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee will distribute holiday food boxes to residents of Greene County. This event, taking place at the Greene County Fairgrounds located at 109 Jeff Woods Memorial Drive in Greeneville, is designed to assist those facing food insecurity. Running from 3 to 5 p.m., the distribution will operate on a drive-through, first-come, first-served basis, ensuring a smooth and organized process for all attendees.
